01

Unlimited turn time

TTRR

Time Trial Rope Race
  • One continuous run from start to finish.
  • Each new worm turn is a fresh attempt.
  • The challenge scheme has unlimited turn time.
  • Submit and moderate the run exclusively through TUS.
  • The rules of its original TUS challenge are authoritative.
02

Finite timed turns

BigRR

Big Rope Race
  • One worm continues the race over several timed turns.
  • The official scheme uses 40-second turns with Batty Rope enabled.
  • Every turn before the final one counts as the full 40.00 seconds, even after an early loss of control.
  • A loss-of-control finish provides the time used on the final turn directly from the replay.
  • A normal finish requires the remaining time shown on the final turn.
  • Moderators may ignore declared fun turns played after the real finish.
03

Technique courses

Trick Race

Official TUS challenges
  • Complete the route and required tricks defined by the challenge.
  • The original challenge decides its scheme, timing and penalties.
  • Submit and moderate the result exclusively through TUS.

RopeGP-exclusive competition

What makes a BigRR run official.

  1. 01

    Official setup

Use the official RopeGP BigRR scheme and the latest supported Worms Armageddon version.

  2. 02

    Exact map

Select an existing map or submit the run as a new map. The replay must contain the unmodified map. RopeGP compares it with known maps and creates a new entry only when no verified match exists.

  3. 03

    Replay required

Every record must include the original .WAgame replay. A moderator checks the declared timing and the run before publication.

  4. 04

    Modules

WormKit modules are allowed. They do not remove the moderator's right to reject a manipulated, broken or unverifiable replay.

  5. 05

    Equal times

Players with the same fastest centisecond time share the world record and the same leaderboard rank.

  6. 06

    Two independent paddocks

Every TTRR, Trick Race and Bungee Race result comes from a moderated TUS challenge and follows that challenge's rules. Every BigRR record is submitted and moderated exclusively on RopeGP under the rules on this page.

  7. 07

    Scripts and hardware

AutoHotkey scripts, double-spacebar setups and modern gaming keyboards are allowed. Using automated roping bots, any version of "tool-assist", xSpeed cheats or custom tools that play the run for you is forbidden. Moderators may reject or remove any replay at their discretion.

All TUS disciplines

TUS remains the starting grid.

RopeGP imports both legacy and future eligible challenges from The Ultimate Site with their replay, map and scheme. TTRR, Trick Race and Bungee Race always retain the rules of their source challenge.

Version changes

Records can survive; compatibility must be proven.

RopeGP keeps the historical record facts. A new W:A version gets a separately validated module build and rule context before its runs are compared or ghosts are served.

Moderation

One authority for each discipline.

TUS moderators decide which TTRR, Trick Race and Bungee Race results are valid. RopeGP moderators decide which BigRR runs are valid. Automation prepares evidence; humans make the final call.
