Live pace feedback arrives in wkRopeGP
The latest module adds red-and-green timer feedback, BigRR end-of-turn comparisons and clearer player controls for ghost visibility.
The latest wkRopeGP release gives you more useful feedback while you race, directly inside Worms Armageddon.
- The turn timer becomes green when you are ahead of the world-record route and red when you are behind. In TTRR and Trick Race, the timer digits change colour too.
- At the end of each BigRR turn, a native top-of-screen message compares your progress with both the gold world record and the blue ghost you are tracking.
- BigRR comparisons use the remaining route when you have not reached the target segment endpoint, then use the more precise timing split once you do.
BigRR gap values are designed as a useful indication of your pace. They can sometimes be approximate rather than a pixel-perfect measurement.
TTRR remains a continuous race, so it deliberately has no end-of-turn gap message. Its live timer colour still helps you read your pace during the run.
The public wkRopeGP.ini also makes the useful player controls easier to find. You can independently disable the timer colours or gap messages, change each ghost's normal opacity, and tune when nearby ghosts fade. The minimum fade opacity now accepts 0, allowing a ghost to disappear completely when it overlaps your worm.
